1. Who we are

Find A Vibrator (“we”, “us”, the “Site”) is an independent product directory operated by Xenco Labs. Our website is located at https://findavibrator.com. For privacy questions you can reach us at privacy@findavibrator.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the Site and deliver the products you request:

  • Information you give us: email address (and optional name) when you subscribe to the newsletter, claim a product listing, or submit a correction.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and aggregate usage statistics via standard server logs and Google Analytics.
  • Cookies and similar technology: we use first-party cookies for analytics and to remember non-sensitive preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. How we use information

  • To deliver the newsletter and other content you request.
  • To respond to listing claims and correction reports, and to follow up by email when relevant.
  • To understand how the Site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Use.
  • To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with third-party advertisers, vendors listed in the directory, or data brokers.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the Site. They process information on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to provide their service:

  • Hosting and CDN: Vercel (United States)
  • Email and newsletter delivery: Listmonk
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymization)
  • CMS: Payload CMS, hosted by Xenco Labs

5. Your choices

  • Unsubscribe: every newsletter contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed.
  • Access, correction, deletion: you can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@findavibrator.com.
  • Cookies: you can disable cookies in your browser. The Site will continue to function without analytics cookies.

6. EU/UK residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Our legal bases for processing are (a) your consent (newsletter subscription), (b) the performance of a contract (responding to your inquiry), and (c) our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site.

7. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request that we delete it, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise your California rights, contact privacy@findavibrator.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

8. Data retention

We retain newsletter subscriptions for as long as you remain subscribed and for a reasonable archival period after you unsubscribe. Assessment, claim, and correction submissions are retained for as long as needed to support our editorial review and recordkeeping obligations, and then deleted on a rolling basis.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers primarily operate in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent change. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter or on the Site itself.
